Situated in a highly sought-after and affluent area, the site presents significant opportunities to meet the growing demand for both residential and commercial development in the region.
The site is divided into two parcels of land:
- Eastern Parcel: Spanning 58.78 acres, this section forms part of the Chilton Woods strategic land allocation outlined in the local plan.
