Cilldara Group Acquires Major Office Campus in Wythall, West Midlands
Cilldara Group has completed the acquisition of a substantial purpose-built headquarters office building and campus site in Wythall, Bromsgrove, marking a significant addition to the Group’s growing UK portfolio.
The property comprises a 400,000 sq.ft former headquarters office building set within an expansive 40 acre self-contained site, strategically located in close proximity to the M42 motorway. The site presents a range of future development opportunities, supported by planning permission for further development plots.
The campus is an allocated employment site situated outside the surrounding green belt and offers strong potential for redevelopment. Pre-application has been submitted to the local authority for a residential-led scheme, aligned with the updated National Planning Policy Framework.
The site was acquired from Phoenix Group, one of the UK’s largest long-term savings and retirement businesses, following their relocation to new Grade A offices at 10 Brindleyplace in central Birmingham.
This acquisition reflects Cilldara Group’s continued focus on securing strategically located assets with long-term potential and redevelopment scope across key regional markets.
